spillphonic does not require an account. I do not collect:

• your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• location data
• contact information
• financial or payment information

gameplay data

your score and progress are stored locally on your device only. this data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server or third party.

analytics & third parties

I do not use third-party analytics, advertising sdks, or tracking frameworks. the app contains no ads and shares no data with advertisers.

apple & app store

the app is distributed through apple's app store. apple may collect certain data in accordance with their privacy policy. I have no control over apple's data practices.

data retention

since I collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete on my end. all gameplay data exists solely on your device and can be cleared at any time via the app's "clear your record" option in settings.

your rights

even though I collect no personal data, you have the right to ask what information I hold about you, request its deletion, or raise a concern. since I have no data, any such request will be confirmed as such. to reach me, go to the contact section of this page.

children's privacy

spillphonic does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. the app contains no data collection mechanisms regardless of age.
